If you’ve read my Fitness Bucket List , you’ve probably noticed that there are some pretty big races on there. As I plow through that list, there will be lots of training involved and this is where I’ll chronicle all of that! Right now, I’m working on the Couch-to-5k running program which I am almost done with, but naturally there will be other programs! (I’ll probably include a few notes on Couch-to-5k too.) The Workout Log page will be a VERY basic list of what I do each workout day related to the training schedule, but I’ll also be posting reviews and my own progress in this “Training Workouts” section!
